Sweet Tooth Recipe:
Cravings for sweet is considered as sweet tooth by definition.
But my definition of sweet tooth would be different,as i am a person who can enjoy such treats 24/7.
Whats wrong in that? Does this question arises in your mind as well like me? I find answers and satisfy myself by lame excuses such as ok whats wrong its my body’s requirement, or ok fine i am not alone of-course there are so many kinds of desserts and bakeries and shops obviously for a reason and the reason is many many many people have cravings for such things and so many other excuses i find to make myself comfortable and guilt free while consuming sweets. But But But!! It is not something that isn’t harmful. It is!!
It can effect my health badly, can cause diabetes, obesity and what not.
Once in a blue moon these treats are absolutely okay but all day long craving for sweet stuff and never minding the fact how damaging it can be is obviously not okay at all.
So today in my blog i would love to solve or at-least would take initial step to satisfy such cravings in absolute guilt free manner. Yes you read it correctly GUILT FREE RECIPE TO SATISFY CRAZIEST SWEET TOOTH CRAVINGS.
When we talk about hunger pangs specially while switching from normal diet full of processed food, junk and oily fatty enriched fried food to healthy meals, we often get more hunger pangs and 90% of the time these aren’t real but false pangs just because your mind takes time to adjust to this new menu.
How do we know whether the pangs and signals mind is producing are real or fake? Answer is really simple, Analysis. What do I mean by analysis?
If you have taken your food on time and that too a balanced proportion, then probably signals you’ll be getting must be false as in your body isn’t use to a healthy clean eating balanced diet.
Sometimes body craves for sweet just after meals and that is pretty normal. If we see body’s mechanism we get to know sweet consumption be in an inch piece of jaggery after meal helps in digestion.
So the overall message is to don’t let your body starve but just opt healthy options instead of junk and processed to satisfy the satiety centers in the brain.

While talking about hormones we must first have a fair idea of what these actually are. These are chemicals released in the body responsible for controlling alot many functions.

When we crave so badly for things we love to eat like bakery stuff mostly. Why not making some changes in the fancy old fashioned recipes and opt a healthy lifestyle by eating clean. This way health and sweet tooth both can be balanced.
Clean eating does not necessarily means eating salads only or sticking to diet plans. But it means to tweak full fat recipes into healthy ones that benefit your health and sweet tooth and tastes equally good.
No. of foods can be taken as alternative to unhealthy ingredients, mostly; oats, barley, milk, low fat yogurt, pure Ghee, pure homemade butter and even cheese can be taken into moderation as a part of balanced eating habits. other than savory ingredients white poison that is white sugar can be replaced by a-lot of natural sugar containing ingredients, “God gifted” ingredients in my opinion, such as Dates figs raisins jaggery and the list goes on. - DATES 1 cup pitted and de seeded
- Flax seed powder 1 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Coco powder 2 tbsp
- Malt powder 2 tbsp
- Whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Instant oats 2 tbsp
- Peanut butter 1/4 cup
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Raisins and nuts As many to balance health and sweet tooth
- Milk 3 tbsp
- Powder milk 3 tbsp
Grind everything in a food processor till incorporated.
Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180 for about 30min or till skewer comes clean.
Guilt free brownies are super yum and ready to serve 🙂
